Refund policy
At Poppies Design Store, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must provide a clear unpacking video showing the damage.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the video clearly shows that the product was damaged upon receipt.
Please contact us at info@poppiesdesign.com with the required proof within 2 days of receiving the product.
Non-Eligible Returns:
We do not accept returns for non-defective items or damages caused by improper use.
